Whipper is a teal Red-headed krait snake with brown eyes who belongs to Raya. He wears a tan Asian conical hat, a red cape with a gold dragon clasp and a flower collar that resembles Raya's.

He was found in the forest by Sisu, who then took him to see Raya.
