Story
He was met by Birdadette at the Frog Festival, who wanted to leap high into the air like a frog but couldn't. So, Birdadette told the little mouse that he doesn't have to leap like a frog to join in the festival. She took him to Tiana's mother and made him a lily pad hat with a tiny frog so he can still join in the festival.
