Richter is a South Beach Cyan colored Jackson's chameleon with brown eyes who belongs to Moana.
Story[]
On the Island, Moana and her people had to move to the shore because of the volcanic eruption and she noticed a color changing chameleon that was too nervous to move. So she carried him to the shore with everyone until the eruption was over. The chameleon was feeling much calmer in Moana's soft safe hands and she decided to adopt him.
