Kiet is a fearless blue Hairy-nosed otter with brown eyes and a brown nose who belongs to Raya. He wears a tan Asian conical hat, a flower collar that resembles Raya's and a teal tail ornament.

He was found by Chief Benja, and was given to Raya as a gift.
